There are two types of listing for you to choose from, Basic Listing and 4 Star Service.
Basic Service
This is the membership type for individuals or companies who are wish to add their own surplus or unwanted leads to our growing list of below market value UK and world wide property leads. There is no membership fee and you can specify the sales price of the lead. We are the facilitator of the sale and charge the purchasing member the agreed fees. We then make a payment to you after deducting a 10% commission charge from the price that you asked us to sell the lead for, which includes the paypal fee. Minimum charge 2.00 GBP. Remember, if the lead is not sold, then there will be no charge or no pay out either. Payment will be made within 10 to 14 days of the sale as we have to wait until the guaranteed contact details refund period of 7 days runs out.
If the lead does not sell for some reason, then we reserve the right to change the category or lower the price to affect a sale.
4 Star Service

Up-rate you're Done Deals and Qualified Leads to Ready Made Deals and share 50% of the Finders and Reservation Fees.
Up-rate your Qualified Leads to Done Deals and share 50% of the Finders and Reservation Fees.
Up-rate your Unqualified leads to Qualified Leads, priced to sell at a higher rate, and share 50% of the up rated sales price.
Up-rate your Clearance Leads to a higher category and share 50% of the up rated sales price.

What to do
Click the Signup tab to become a member.
To enter a lead log into your account.
- When the home page appears go to the left hand side and click on the "Manage Leads" tab.
- On the next page click "Add New Lead"
- Enter your lead by clicking as many boxes as possible and add additional information.
- Fill in all the details of your lead, using the drop down boxes.
- Please fill in the Additional Information box with as much detail as possible.
- Please try to ensure that the telephone number is genuine and correct.
- Press submit and send the lead to us
If you speak to the vendor, please arrange a suitable time when we can telephone the vendor preferably early evening and inform them that we will telephone that day and no later than the following day. Where possible obtain a land line number as mobile numbers are prone to being switched off or unobtainable for a variety of reasons. If we can not get through after 5 or 6 attempts we shall refer the lead back to you, so that you can contact the vendor and make definite arrangements to receive the call.
If you have qualified the deal ensure that you have mentioned to the vendor that they will be receiving a follow up telephone call.
By submitting a lead and clicking 4**** Star Service, you agree that we have your permission to telephone the vendor.
If you have further information, website links, photographs or other information that will help us to produce a professional presentation of your lead, then Email it to sales@bmvleads.net not forgetting to give the property address as a reference so that we identify it correctly.
We will
Evaluate the quality of the lead; do due diligence and contact the vendor with the intention of turning it into a higher and more valuable prospect.
We will turn it into a professional presentation and display it on our website that includes our on-line shop.
Where possible we will turn it into a Done Deal or Ready Made Deal by reaching agreement on a price that the vendor will accept and seal by signing a Property Purchase Agreement.
Where there is enough equity in the property we will turn it into a Ready Made Deal.
These Deals are fully packaged by our own dynamic Power Team to include:
- The most competitive Bridging or alternative Business development loan or Deposit at the most competitive fees that are currently available.
- A Mortgage Broker who has access to the full range of finance products that are currently available.
- Specialist solicitors for both the Buyer and the Vendor appointed from our panel at capped fees.
We will inform you as soon as a Deal has been sold, and pay you 50% of the Finders Fee (less pay pal commission) upon completion, either to your pay pal account or direct into your bank account.
If neither of the above is possible we will attempt to turn your Qualified or Un-qualified leads into Telephone Qualified leads so that they may achieve a higher sale price. We will pay you 50% of the difference between the original lead sales price and the improved price obtained.
Where there is no possibility of achieving a BMV deal because the amount asked by the vendor as his/her lowest offer, does not leave sufficient equity then we will list it as a Clearance Lead, or if the vendors personal circumstances allow we may decide after his agreement to list it as a Lease Option Lead.
Do not want to use the ****Star Service? , then you can send us the lead anyway and we will display it at the price that you stipulate. If sold we will forward the sale price to you less the 10% handling fee.
There is no monthly Fee to join this website. Payment for Leads will only be made when sold.
Multiple Lead sellers may elect to pay a monthly fee irrespective of the number of leads posted. They may also request a link to their own websites and payment facilities. Please contact us for details admin@bmvleads.net
Agents with BMV stock available may also post leads at a finders Fee that will have to be agreed in advance between us.

Tenant/Buyer Leads
This is where individuals or companies can profit by adding the details of Potential Tenant/buyers that they presently hold who are surplus to their requirements for various reasons such as they do not have property currently available or that they are out of the investor’s current area of operation.
There is no charge for this service and we will specify the sale price according to the amount of information that is entered and the amount of deposit that the Potential Tenant/buyers have available.
We are the facilitator of the sale and charge the purchasing member the agreed fee. We then make a payment to you of 50% of the price obtained after deducting the small PayPal fee.
If the lead is unsold, then there will be no charge to you or no pay out either. Payment will be made within 10 to 14 days of the sale as we have to wait until the guaranteed contact details refund period of 7 days runs out.
